Prof. Sri Kannan Prof. K. S. Kannan has taught Sanskrit for over 35 years and authored around 25 books pertaining to Sanskrit grammar, literature etc. He has presented papers at many national and international conferences. He has given invited talks at prestigious institutions like Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore), Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore), Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (New Delhi), Indian Institute of World Culture (Bangalore), and recently at the International Gita Forum (Singapore). He has served as the Director of Karnataka Sanskrit University (Bangalore) and is currently Professor at Jain University (Bangalore).
Smt. HR Meera is under the Tutelage of “Karnataka Kalashree” Sangeeta Vidushi Smt. Jambu Kannan of Bangalore for over 15 years. She is the recipient of the National-level Scholarship (1989-1998) awarded by the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) Smt. HR Meera is affiliated with the Government of India (for training in Carnatic Classical Music)
